What Is Rubber Culvert Balloon
The inflatable rubber core mold is an expandable and contractible cylindrical bag used to form the cavity of the concrete component. When manufacturing hollow components, it is placed in the middle and filled with compressed air. When the concrete solidifies, the compressed air in the bag is released, the capsule shrinks, and the capsule can be pulled out of the cavity. It is easy to use, economical and durable, can shrink softly when not inflated, and can be folded and curled at will. After inflating, it has enough strength to withstand the pressure of concrete, which is incomparable to any traditional rigid formwork.

Folding into the mold
Use a rope to pull the core mold into the concrete reinforcement cage and place the inflation nozzle outside.
Folding and inflation
A. Open the air inlet valve to inflate, and use a pressure gauge to control and monitor the air pressure during inflation.
B. When the air pressure reaches the use pressure, close the air inlet valve.
C. Special-shaped core molds should be inflated alternately until the working pressure is reached.
D. Be careful not to overpressure during inflation.
Folding and fixing and pouring concrete
A. When vibrating concrete, the core mold will float up, so it must be fixed up, down, left and right. Generally, the spacing between the stirrups of the φ250mm core mold is 80cm. If the diameter is increased, the fixed spacing will be reduced accordingly.
B. The method of pouring concrete is basically the same as that of solid components. Pay attention to using high-frequency inserts or vibrators to vibrate from both sides at the same time to prevent the core mold from shifting left and right. It is best not to touch the core mold at the end of the vibrator.
Folding and demoulding
When the concrete is finally set, open the valve to deflate and the core mold can be pulled out. The time depends on the cement grade.
1. Before use, first check that the steel cage wire joints and wire rolling heads must not be bent in the inner diameter direction to avoid puncturing the core mold and causing air leakage.
2. First pour the concrete cushion layer at the bottom of the steel cage, then use a rope to pull the core mold into the steel cage, and make the longitudinal joint face upward.
3. Open the valve and inflate to the specified pressure, then close the valve, and avoid overpressure.
4. Special-shaped core molds should be inflated alternately to the specified pressure.
5. Fix the core mold entering the steel cage up and down. Overcome the buoyancy and left and right movement.
6. After pouring concrete, use a vibrating rod to vibrate from both sides at the same time to prevent the core mold from moving left and right. And the vibrating rod head must not touch the core mold to avoid penetration and leakage.
7. After the concrete is finally set, open the valve to deflate and pull out the core mold. (The demoulding time is determined according to the construction situation)
A. Rinse the core mold with clean water after use. When not in use, place it in a ventilated and dry place and avoid contact with oil, acid or alkali.
B. Avoid sharp and hard objects when using it on site.
C. After each demoulding of the capsule, immediately clean it with a brush (nylon brush is best) and tap water to remove the surface concrete to keep the capsule surface clean.
D. If the core mold leaks or the sealing film falls off, you can use a grinding wheel to polish the area to be repaired, apply glue to cover the film for repair, and cover the torn fiber with tape for repair.

1. Main technical parameters
(1) The inflation pressure of the capsule is related to factors such as the capsule diameter, the pressure of the newly poured concrete and the construction temperature. The capsule pressure is maintained within the range of 0.03 – 0.05MPa (see factory mark for details). The aperture of the reserved hole meets the specification requirements.

(2) The deflation time of the inflatable capsule core mold is related to the construction temperature. Generally, after the concrete is poured, the concrete surface can be deflated when fingerprints can be pressed with fingers without deformation.
2. Steel pipe iron wedge and steel bar hoop anti-capsule floating process The accuracy of the position of the reserved hole of the prefabricated hollow slab is the key to construction. When pouring concrete, the inflatable rubber has a large buoyancy under the action of the inserted vibrating rod and concrete. The main reinforcement is easy to float up with the capsule at the same time.
Affect the construction quality of the prefabricated hollow slab. Add a 0-6 positioning hoop on the capsule. The spacing is 300ram, and the beam end is encrypted to 200ram and hooked together with the main reinforcement. This can ensure the position of the top hole of the prefabricated slab. To ensure the correct position of the main reinforcement.
Use l2 steel bar head to weld into the upper shape. Use the lower end of 30 steel pipe to support the upper steel bar. Use iron wedge to fix the steel pipe on the upper end of the template. After the concrete pouring is completed, knock off the iron wedge. Pull out the steel pipe for reuse. Practice has proved that this process is simple and feasible, easy to operate. And ensure the quality of the prefabricated board. Achieve good results.
3. The prefabricated board is poured with oblique layers. Start to cut materials from one-third of the beam end. The layer thickness is controlled at about 0.4 meters. The slump of concrete is controlled at 4cm. During the construction process, the pressure of the inflatable capsule must be strictly controlled. When leaks are found, the pressure must be added at any time to ensure the quality of the hole.
4. The inflatable capsule must be brushed with an isolation agent when using it to reduce the resistance of demolding. The capsule is not allowed to use engine oil instead of isolation agent. On the one hand, engine oil corrodes rubber, and on the other hand, engine oil will contaminate the steel bars.
