Working principle
The Sealing Balloon Pipe Plug uses a pipe sealing airbag made of high-quality rubber to expand through inflating. The water-blocking airbag fills the entire pipeline section and uses the friction generated between the wall of the sealing airbag and the pipe to block water leakage, thereby achieving the goal of passing through the target pipe section. Inflation and expansion quickly block the water flow to achieve the purpose of no water seepage.
Product Precautions
Choosing the corresponding water-blocking balloon plug product according to the inner diameter of the pipe. Please inform the manufacturer if there is pressure in the pipe, . Pressure pipes require an extended water-blocking air bag. During use, the inflation pressure must be within the specified range and should not be overpressured.
Product Instructions
Cleaning out the pipe opening whose length is longer than the length of the pipe sealing air bag, removing the oil stains, sand, gravel, concrete, etc. To ensure that the inside of the pipe is clean, putting the sealing air bag into the pipe that needs to be blocked, and then rush in the compressed air through the air inlet valve. When the specified pressure is reached, construction can begin. After construction is completed, opening the air inlet valve to release the air and remove the blocking air bag.
